Our Team

The Morgan team is led by owner Perry Morgan and his daughter, company President, Tonia Morgan. Their leadership focuses on building a team that continues to take pride in the innovative, efficient and trusted service that Morgan has provided customers since 1928.

Alongside Perry and Tonia, the rest of the Morgan experts work closely with each Jobber from start to finish, enforcing and regulating an array of initiatives to ensure their customers get the right products on time. Management and Customer Service all share the same space in the spacious warehouse facility which allows quick and accurate communication between all levels of staff. Leadership is dedicated to growing the business by transforming the customer experience and developing high performing teams.

"We don’t represent the polished person trying to impress everyone. We represent hard work and perseverance; the grit of the sandpaper used before the polished finish. And it’s the result of this grit that impresses people." - Perry Morgan, Owner
