FC21-QT is a low VOC urethane flat clear from House of Kolor. FC21 is a flat clear coat that can produce a gloss level of 5–15°. The mix ratio for FC21 is 6 parts FC21 Flat Klear to 1 part KUF21 Flat Klear Katalyst. FC21 is ready to spray after mixing with KUF21 Catalyst.
