Returns

Returned merchandise must be pre-approved.  For authorization please contact your Morgan sales representative.  All returns received within 6 months of purchase will receive purchase price credit.  After 6 months, returns are subject to a 15% handling charge.  Returns must meet the specific criteria listed:

  • Returned in original manufacturer’s box or package
  • Must be in sellable condition
  • In original cases if purchased as a case
  • Stocked Morgan items only
  • Each return must be accompanied by the appropriate credit memo and include the original invoice number, date, reason for return and quantity being returned
  • Call tags will be issued for mis-shipped products
  • Returns are shipped back prepaid by the customer
  • All returns are subject to warehouse approval

 

Non-Returnable

The following items are not returnable

  • Special order items
  • Items that have damaged manufacturing packaging
  • Items that have altered manufacturer packaging including stickers or handwriting on the box
  • Custom made merchandise
  • Merchandise discontinued or expired by the manufacturer date or batch codes

 

Defects

Defective returns must include a description of the problem and a copy of the actual purchase invoice.  Replacement of the item will be in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.  Most defects are handled as warranty repairs and not replacements.  Please inquire for information prior to replacement commitments to your customer.

 

Warranty Repairs

All warranty repairs are in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.  For the quickest results please send the item directly to the manufacturer’s warranty service center.
