The House of Kolor NE501.Q01 NEONS Series Universal Basecoat is a neon yellow automotive paint that is designed for high visual impact on race cars, boats, motorcycles, and more. It can be cleared for a final finish or used as a base coat for Pearls or Kandys. However, neon paint colors have limited light fastness in the sun, so it should be used for where high visual impact is important and light fastness is not.
