DESIGNER PEARL-VIOLETTE

The House of Kolor PBC-40 Violette Designer Pearl Basecoat is a universal base coat that can be cleared for a final finish or used as a base coat for Kandys or other Pearls. It is a semi-transparent coating that requires a proper basecoat or primer underneath for best results and a clearcoat must be applied afterwards to protect the color and to achieve a glossy finish. It is not designed for plastic or flexible surfaces and the painter must use a proper adhesion promoter.
